MasJiwa Sdn. Bhd. ("MasJiwa") is a full-service despatch company with its principal operations in Kuching, Malaysia. MasJiwa was established in 1998 by Managing Director Sebastian Kho to meet the increasing demand from the corporate sector for affordable and reliable office dispatch services.

In line with client demands for increasingly more sophisticated services to meet market challenges, MasJiwa has evolved from a dispatch services provider into an office logistics solutions provider. MasJiwa's core mission is to provide seamless document and logistics management solutions designed to save clients time and to significantly improve business efficiency.

MasJiwa's services are distinctly different from traditional courier services in that they involve document content management and logistics rather than simple document delivery. MasJiwa is responsible for understanding the contents of each parcel and the required tasks to successfully complete transactions based on the contents of each parcel.

MasJiwa spearheaded efforts to enhance business productivity by enabling businesses to outsource their document delivery functions. This has empowered local companies to redirect valuable time and resources to managing their core business and focusing on profit-generating activities.

eDespatch™ was formally introduced at a public launching in Kuching, Malaysia in March 2002. Following an extremely successful first year of production, the second version of eDespatch™ (eDespatch™ Corporate Edition) was launched in March 2003.
